In your email, clearly communicate the reason for the return or exchange of your item and include your order number. For example, you need a new size or prefer a different item.  We cannot guarantee that items and sizes will be in stock.

• Refunds can be processed once products are received from the customer. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• In the case of an exchange, your new item(s) will be shipped once an item is received.  There will be no additional cost.
