We currently ship via USPS.  Due to COVID-19 orders may be delayed, which is beyond our control.

• ​All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days and then shipped. 

•  All orders are shipped from the Bloomington, Illinois area.

• Orders are shipped standard Priority Mail, unless customer selects 2-day shipping option.   

• Orders on Saturdays must be placed no later than 11 AM CST to provide same day shipping.

 ***Please be advised we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

We are satisfied when you are 100% satisfied with the products you purchase. Returns and/exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. If item(s) arrive in error or are defective, please email us at info@leadwithchar.com.

 

In your email, clearly communicate the reason for the return or exchange of your item and include your order number. For example, you need a new size or prefer a different item.  We cannot guarantee that items and sizes will be in stock.

 

• ​Refunds can be processed once products are received from the customer. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• In the case of an exchange, your new item(s) will be shipped once an item is received.  There will be no additional cost.
